About Us
The Clay Team are based in Halifax West Yorkshire, we have been clay modelling since 2014 and love every aspect of what we do. We create 3D models using air drying clay and offer workshops, virtual packs, birthday parties, after school clubs, community groups for children and adults over the age of 4 with lots of hidden learning. We also offer cake toppers, commissioned pictures, 3D framed hand/foot prints, and pet paw prints.
Our journey started when we bought into a clay modelling franchise, we then opened a shop/academy and worked hard to build our fantastic customer base. After 3 years we decided to close the shop and freelance the business. In 2020 our business took an unexpected turn towards virtual workshops which has now become one of our favourite parts of the business. In January 2024 we decided to start our new venture “The Clay Team” with the support of our amazing customers……here we are!

INSTRUCTOR
I started my working life in childcare and have always enjoyed working with children. I started my clay modelling adventure in 2014 and have loved every second. I have two children and 1 fur baby my Border Collie Jacs. I love animals, I have lots of pets from Gerbils to a Tortoise. I spend lots of my spare time in North Yorkshire , my favourite place is Dalby Forest where I love walking my dog and spending time with my family.

INSTRUCTOR
I’ve always had a passion for art and creativity. In 2014 I had the opportunity to turn my passion into a career and learn a new skill, clay modelling. Now with over 10 years experience its a joy teaching children and adults how to create and use their imaginations. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit with boxing training and walking. Myself and my husband love an adventure… we have a big passion for travel and love to explore different countries and see the world together.
